DELIVERY & EXCHANGES

Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days after payment confirmation. 
• Free shipping on all orders over HKD 500, customers are responsible for the shipping costs which will be calculated and applied at checkout for orders below HKD 500. (SF Express Freight Forward)

Exchange Policy

No refunds

• No refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed.

• All Items, including opened items, can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving the goods. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Only one exchange per order is permitted.  

Defective Items

• For defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the goods. Provide relevant photos of the defect for our records. 
• SBD Apparel Hong Kong will cover the shipping costs for defective item exchanges.  
• Thread ends, slight off-line stitching, and extremely small stains are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.    

Condition of Returned Items

•  All items must be returned clean, unused, and in their original packaging with no blemishes, defects, or missing parts.  
• Items damaged due to usage or other man-made factors will not be eligible for exchange.  

How to Initiate an Exchange

•  To request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.  
• Provide your order details and relevant photos (if applicable) to help us process your request efficiently.  

Final Decisions

• SBD Apparel Hong Kong reserves the right to make final decisions on all exchange requests.
